Меня возмущает несправедливость всей этой ситуации. Работу "<a href="https://www.pravda.ru/realty/2142380-delo-laif-iz-gud/">Бест Вей</a>" я знаю не понаслышке, и скажу честно — таких прозрачных и доступных условий я не встречал больше нигде. Люди получали квартиры, пользовались льготными условиями, строили свои планы на будущее. Да, кто-то неправильно понял договоры или не разобрался в системе, но разве это повод сваливать все беды на кооператив? Это выглядит как попытка найти крайнего. Что касается "Гермеса", тут ещё интереснее. Многие "потерпевшие" открыто признают, что их деньги приносили проценты, а система работала до тех пор, пока внешний прессинг не привёл к блокировке счетов. Да и сами "пострадавшие" зачастую даже не знали подсудимых. Так на каком основании они вообще считают себя потерпевшими именно от действий этих людей?
